Hello, Patrick! Almost a year ago i was asked the same question and i recompiled old S-Function project and placed it on my github repo. However, since nobody was interested (the guy, who asked about that - dissapeared since then), i removed those two JSBSim-Matlab projects. I would add that incorporation of JSBSim code into .mex files is not very useful. You can use Matlab sockets to in/out data and external JSBSim app for modeling.
