[Jsbsim-matlab] JSBSim for Matlab Availability

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know a good place to get the s-function download?  As noted
back in May, the dropbox download on the JSBSim website is down.
Unfortunately, the git repository that was set up has also gone down.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
