#49 remote stream not terminating

Reported by several.

After stopping a streaming a station playlist from the
Rio, the content server continues to buffer that remote
stream.

Restarting JRec stops it.

To fix this, somebody will need to review (and possibly
fix) the logic that determines when a remote stream no
longer needs to be cached. See MusicInputStream and
related modules.
