#60 Timeout during new entry creation - entry not saved

I was creating a new account. I used the app to generate a password which I entered into the website. I then had to get some information from my wife to complete the account creation on the website. When I returned, passwordsafe had gone to an icon. When I clicked the icon I got the new entry creation dialog and clicked ok. The dialog disappeared without error so I assumed the entry had been added. The main display was still iconified. When I clicked on the icon again I was prompted for my passwordsafe database password. I entered it and got the account list. When I went looking for the new entry it wasn't there. Now I have a new account on a website but I don't have the password.
