#42 dialogs left open when idle time reached

When passwordsafe hits it idle time and locks the password database any edit dialogs that are open at that time remain open and visible when the app is restored.

That is, passwords and other details in the dialog are visible even though the database has been locked and is requesting the password.

Suggested behaviour is that dialogs should be closed before locking the minimising and locking the database.

I believe I see the same behavior. Running on Mac OS X. If PasswordSafe stays open too long then it freezes and cannot be accessed. I need to kill and restart it. (Usually I send an abort signal.) Very annoying.

It should completely close when the idle time expires.
