This probably comes from the problem described in a help forum thread from Mark Wallace:
"I just tried Password Gorilla, and it also failed, but with a message to the effect that I did not have permission to save its temporary file. I have been keeping the psafe3 file in the / (root) directory since day 1, but, on a hunch based on the PG complaint, I moved it to my Documents folder. All seems to be well, with both PG and Java PS. "
jpwsafe should provide sensible error messages when:
a file does not exist (also delete from last recently used list?)
file access fails
file write fails
file is corrupted
