Allow passwords to be encrypted by a public key (which can only be decrypted by the holder of the corresponding private key). This allows passwords to be added without knowing the master password of the person that will be using the embedded password.

(Requires feature that allows encryption of only embedded passwords, not whole file -- see separate feature request.)

Use case:

A person sets up a new account somewhere and wants to make the password available to just certain people in his organization. He adds records encrypted with their master password.

Hello Brett, are you still in track of this feature? Have you found it implemented somewhere in password managers? My question would be: what do you expect in terms of user surface and application comfort in this feature? In the meantime (1.2) you can add external files or objects to the database. Would that be enough for a handling, or does it have to be of instance availability and RSA mechanics in the program?
