Since PWS version 2.14, password databases created by
Password Safe do not open in JPasswords but cause an
"UnknownFileFormat" exception after verification of the
password.

This error is due to a weakness in format reading and
changed policy of PWS in initializing data blocks. The
error will be corrected soon in a bugfix release.
