Includes The Springframework. A new version has been uploaded because the previous was missing the configuration files for Spring. This release is meant to be a startup point for a new, bigger and better polls application.

Main feature is the ability to use audio files on poll options. A small applet player will let you playback the file. You can even mix images and audio files on the same poll!
The only constraint (unfortunately not documented) is that .mp3/.au filenames cannot contain any spaces nor invalid characters (', ^,<,>,~).
