Andreas, I know you're unhappy that the Mondrian release includes JPivot -- you've said it before -- but I don't think we're going to solve that now. My position is that I just want people to be able to download Mondrian, and install and get a demo working in as few steps as possible. I can't think of any other way to achieve this without including JPivot. I make sure that Jpivot is given credit everywhere that it is used. The cyclic dependency isn't really a problem, as long as we synchronize releases, which was exactly what I was suggesting in my email. I think synchronzied releases are a good idea anyway, because they give the end-users a more consistent feature set.
