I've fixed up the JNI library code. I've included a library compiled for Linux ... I'd like to find someone to compile it for Windows so that I could include that in the jar file. Any takers?

I've started to flesh out the project web page. Give it some time and it'll look better.

I've made an alpha release for developers primarily to get suggestions, bug reports and feature requests. Please submit these to the sourceforge site.

Let me know if you'ld like to participate in the development of JPicTools and, specifically, JPicProg (after you've set yourself up with a login on sourceforge!).
