#134 Turn off automatic popup for "contrast brightness saturation ..." settings

Hello, thank you for this wonderful software. The one and only thing that sometimes hinders my usage (e.g., when trying to mark or copy from the lower parts of a picture) is that the big popup for the "contrast brightness saturation ..." settings comes up automatically and prevents working "underneath" it. Unfortunately I have never found a key to disable this popup. Is there one, or can I even disable it forever? (I'm not such a specialist as to ever use these settings, but I do want to be able to work everywhere in a picture.)

You can disable the bottom panel in JPEGView.ini:

ShowBottomPanel=false
