No

CONTEXT :
JPEGView v1.0.23
Windows XP SP3.
Select "Open with" and choose JPEGview in contextual menu (right-click) on a image file name
BUG :
Does not parse directory name when there are spaces in it
EXAMPLE :
file d:\_cabs\_down\without_spaces\image.png opens
file d:\_cabs\_down\with spaces\image.png fails (says : directory d:\_cabs\_down does not contain image file)

    EDIT : ADDITIONNAL BEHAVIOR
when multiple files in the same directory, names with spaces, no matter which file is selected, JPEGView displays the first file.
If files are named without spaces, the selected file is correctly displayed
It seems that the parsing does not handle spaces correctly

In this case, the filename was not passed enclosed with quotes to JPEGView.
Windows XP will enclose the name automatically by quotes when you create a file association in the Windows Explorer. Maybe you have created one with another program, e.g. PortableFileAssociator.
You can check correctness of the association by using RegEdit:
    Go to key
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\JPEGView.exe\shell\open\command
Check if the file name parameter is enclosed in quotes:
    "C:\Program Files\JPEGView\JPEGView.exe" "%1"
Your path to JPEGView will be different of course.
