#37 Read out information from packet.header

I have convertet the packet.header to hex to read out
the informations, to display the ethernet header i have
used String.Substring.

By the third Substring I got a unexpected error by
HotSpot Virtual Machine. (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
(0xc0000005) at pc=0x6d6d6af6, pid=364, tid=2856)
