[Jpass-cvs] new JPass XML schema

Hi all,

I will document the .java files soon. I am also redesigning the JPass data 
structure and SOAP messages using XML schemas I will post the JPass client 
and server specifications soon.  This can be used to start coding the 
server. Please find the new schema attached. (post it in cvs later).
