#9 Specify a texture image to cover ground in ModelDisplayer

Add another command line argument that will let you specify the path and name of an image to cover the "ground" in the ModelDisplayer. This would enable you to see how the image looks as terrain and how well the image interacts with a loaded model.

    Gave it a shot.

    Use -ground like this: -ground texture/terrain/enchanted-grass.jpg
    You can still see the old grid if you press 'f' (toggle).
