No the CVS head are the development line, unfortunately there isn't anywhere we have the 2.0.0RC2 version. When I was assigned as admin on the project it already had changed.

I'm really surprised - this project is still alive!
Well - I've introduced couple of (sometimes important: improper patterns shuffling, improper randomization of initial weights, some NPE, refactoring) bugfixes last year to 2.0.0RC2 branch. That would be a loss if changes were lost....
I belive I could find a source code in case we need it
