I've created a mailing list joodi-cvs@lists.sourceforge.net (just waiting
for it to come into being) and updated CVSROOT/loginfo to send ALL
commit notifications to it.
The next step is to administer the list throug the mailman interface so
that it is read-only.
Then all you will need to do is subscribe to the list. I figured this was a
better solution than sending it to individual email addresses as it means
you can stop receiving notifications anytime you like. Say for example,
when you go on holiday ;-)
It also makes it publicly available for anyone wanting to watch what's
going on.

Updated to use CVSSpam which gives us coloured diffs: http://
www.badgers-in-foil.co.uk/projects/cvsspam/
Also forced the mailing list to accept emails from all the developers and
moderate emails from everyone else. This should prevent spam.
The onlything I'm not happy with is that if we add more developers we'll
have to configure the list to know about them but beh...like that's ever
gonna be a problem.

Not sure how to ensure the list is "read-only"..anyone? Maybe the list
wasn't such a good idea after all :-|
