[jomic-developers] Repository cleanup

I did some cleanup in the svn repository, which threw the revision numbers out of sync. That means if you have an existing work copy you need to remove it and re-checkout the repository.

The ant targets to build xml documents are currently broken.

I'll post a follow-up once I'm done.
