#63 Windows installer.

Please consider adding a Windows installer (eg. who creates an EXE or BAT for launching the JAR).
On win7 is really difficult and problematic to run JAR files (and the problem is even harder on x64 platform).
It's hard to try either running from command prompt or double clicking and choosing Java (JAVAW.EXE).
Even after setting PATH (and logging off-on etc.), chances are that the JAR won't run.
