#17 Change page using mouse

Left/right mouse button should go to next/previous page.

I don't particularly like this because the right mouse button should pop up the context menu.

I can see the problem with the context menu. Another
possibility would be to use the mouse scroll wheel. At the
end of a page further scrolling down moves to the next page,
at the beginning of a page scolling up moves to the previous
page.

Click left mouse button to go one page foreward. Hold left mouse button and
click right button to go back one page.

Implemented in CVS, scheduled for 0.9.18: click left to go to next, click right with left pressed to go to previous. Thanks for the suggestion!
