#37 Blank pages when viewing converted PDF in normal PDF viewer

PDF only supports very few image formats, so when converting from CBZ to PDF, non-JPEG images should be converted to JPEG before including them.

Currently JPEGs are only detected if their suffix is ".jpg", so for instance an PNG encoded (improperly) image named "01.jpg" is included without conversion. When viewing such a PDF with any viewer other than Jomic (for example Adobe Reader), the page remains blank.

Attached is a CBZ archive that would result in such a PDF.
