[Jolo-develop] Updated Event and Sync documents.

I partially updated the event and sync documents to reflect some changes
made by Mike and I in the design meeting on Saturday.  We changed the model
such that more events by MapObjects are sent down to the client to make
things more extensible and to fix some potential sync problems at the
expense of slightly more bandwidth.  Let me know what you think.

The class diagrams have not yet been updated to CVS.
