#28 comment a block of selection

currently there is no way to easily comment a block.
yes it is possible to create a macro, or send a selection to an external command, but during coding it is not convenient.
I'd love a feature like Ctrl-K #, then optionally enter a string. What more, the comment character(s) could by auto-guessed by filetype (therefore it is already known by syntax highlight)
