#399 The -keymap option doesn't work

It seems that the -keymap option doesn't work. I created a section ":mymain", but when I run "joe -keymap mymain" it still starts with the default ":main" section. In fact, I don't even get an error or warning message when I specify a keymap name that doesn't exist at all.
