#336 jmacs search doesn't wrap more than once on repeated control-s forward search

to recreate:

jmacs hello.txt
type:
fish
fish
fish
fish
fish

then type:
control-s fi
(as if you were to forward search for "fi")
it will wrap through all five copies of "fish," but then not wrap anymore
