Die "-u" option (cited in the manual of v 0.41, delivered with v 0.47!) seemed to have disappeared. Actually, there is no replacement character for unrecognized characters.

This was a mistake. I put the 0.46 exe as 0.47 exe to the download site. Corrected now. Sorry for that.
