A bug fix release with some little features

Thi release use 100% Struts and introduce new features.

JMyAdmin is a tool written in Java intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the WWW. Currently it can create and drop databases, create/drop tables, delete/add fields. Jmyadmin is based on Struts framework

Version 0.3 introduced new features and fixes a minor bug introduced in 0.2.
