#37 Tutorial text about rhythm value is misleading

The tutorial text at http://jmusic.ci.qut.edu.au/jmtutorial/x71.html is not helpful.

1) The difference between "duration" and "rhythm value" is not made clear, both are described as the length.
2) The duration cannot be read in milliseconds, still the documentation suggests exactly that.
