Problem Uploading Passport Applet on Java Card v2.4.2 (Recv. 69 85)

I am trying to upload Passport applet on my JCOP Card with ACS ACR122U reader. When I try to upload a different applet it gives that everything is successful (download/install..) but when I try to upload the passport applet which i got from here: http://sourceforge.net/p/jmrtd/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/passportapplet/
It Gives me this error:
Download Cap error: Download cap file failed. Send: 80 E6 02 00 0B 06 A0 00 00 02 47 10 00 00 00 00 01, Recv: 69 85.
Install Applet error: Install Applet failed. Send: 80 E6 0C 00 1D 06 A0 00 00 02 47 10 07 A0 00 00 02 47 10 02 07 A0 00 00 02 47 10 02 01 C0 02 C9 00 00 00, Recv: 69 85.
I am uploading the applet on PyAPDU Tool by JavaCardOS
And I am following this guide:

Can you tell me what could be the problem? Is it the applet? Or something that I need to do? Send a SDK command maybe?
