Hello,
This patch contains:
modified EAC TA, moved provider to parameter, for users that have keys stored in HSM.
removed cert package and replaced with ejbca-cvc API, for usage of Inspection Systems described in the EAC 2.1 spec, to avoid rewriting Auth roles and Access rights abstraction.
Some applets, other than LDS, have EAC, so I added sendSelectApplet method that has applet AID as a parameter.
added getEncoded in CardAccessFile
* few other changes.
