#1072 Hardware Help patch

Just a bit of aesthetics and a 404 correction in these shtml files. Both go in the jmri/help/en/html/hardware/ folder. Missing icon for digi.com on the Hardware Index page and a #jmri hyperlink to replace direct access to a PDF writeup by MGBRR, which had been moved & renamed.

Commited and should be part of 4.1.2.
I had to manual merge the changes as the submitted files had the header/footers expanded and not as tags.

I've since installed SmartSVN 9 to grab fresh code from the source.

Thanks for the patch! Since then, we've moved the central JMRI repository to Git from SVN. There's new info on getting the code here:

For fixes to web pages, you might be able to submit a proposed change right from the web. See the first section at that link.
