Just spotted a case error in one of the SPTCO-1960 signalmast files in

C:\Program Files\JMRI\xml\signals\SPTCO-1960

Modified file version is 1.31

Symptom is that the red with triangular 'P' plate icon for the single head high mast does not appear in the aspects list when you display aspects.xml in a web browser.
