The included panel files have no real content, both of these files are only
53 lines long. The log also shows the error of trying to load the file, but
then you did a store. From the error, that means nothing loaded and the
store was the pretty much empty system. But the log file is saying that a
turnout TJEast is duplicated in the file, somewhere around line 1634. So
that is your problem in the original file.
