All, Jack Eiermann has been having problems saving his panel. I asked for the console output and he's provided for us to review. Seems that the exception shown below is causing his panel save to fail. Did we address this problem with the 2.14.1 fixes? These silent exceptions IMO are very bad. Can't find it. The file I find in JMRI_backup is an old file dated 12/21/11. FYI I'll be gone the rest of the day. When you save your panel to a folder on your PC, check the Console window for any error messages. I thought you found the panel in the backPanels folder? I titled it Poway Modules Jan 16th and selected save panels. I looked afterwards to see if it was where it belonged and it wasn't there. I did a search and it didn't show up anyplace. I've regularly scan my computer for viruses (or should that be viri :-) ) and malware and find no such offenders. These occurrences are all recent as in the last few days. Regards, Jack Eiermann |
