#590 CV Hover Text "Include which CV # being altered"

When in edit or program mode, when you hover over a particular CV function, it would be beneficial to also include which CV value is being edited.

For example: When under the sound tab, under the Master Volume Control there is the hover text, "Sets the overall volume of all sound channels" This should also include hover text for which CV being altered. "CV 128"

The feature is already there but is off by default. Preferences->Roster->Programmer->Show CV numbers in tool tips. It also shows bit numbers if relevant.

I added this feature in V3.5.5 (November 2013).
