I had used either 4.3.6 or 4.3.7 to control the clubs layout successfully. After upgrading to 4.4 I can no longer toggle the power on/off on the DCS100s or control locomotives with a PR3 on COM5 and Windows 10. It acts like no commands are sent. I tried toggling the power on a Throttle window and on the WiThrottle status window.
I can use the LocoNet Tool to read the LocoNet ID but that is all I seem to have been able to get to work. JMRI does not complain about the serial port not found or any other obvious error. Just nothing seems to work except LocoNet/Tools.
BTW, I upgraded to JMRI 4.4 and unbeknownst to me, Microsoft did a Windows 10 upgrade at the same time so I'm not sure if its a JMRI problem or a Windows 10 problem at this time.
This could be closed. I downloaded and installed 4.3.9 and it worked as expected. I reinstalled 4.4, and it too worked.
