Definitions "missing" from 3.11.10 (maybe earlier) are the QSI definitions for the following
Austrains C35, Eureka C38, Eureka AD60 & Eureka CPH.
ALL were available until recently.
Now they are not in the decoder list.
Originator subsequently stated that he "Updated decoder definitions" problem went away.
I suspect he may have meant "Recreate Decoder Index" and it was an issue with an outdated or broken custom local decoder index file.
One of the risks of the "Recreate Decoder Index" command, as is a local "decoders" folder. Can end up with an outdated interim definition downloaded from the website.
I think there may be code to check and update local index if it is older than the one in the distribution, but it may not always work.

Ken: I just closed this ticket as the original poster further stated to ignore it. No issue actually.
