#523 NCE Packet Analyzer Documentation

The documentation / help file for the NCE Packet Analyzer mentions an "Init" button which doesn't appear to exist. There is also no mention of the "Info" button.

While you are updating the documentation, the attached table from my printed
manual would be a nice addition to the "reprinted with permission" section.

Otherwise, the changes look good.
