I have an LZV100 and an older LV100/LZ100 system. (Both fully upgraded to version 3.6)
No problems on the old system.
On the LZV100 I can do everything except program.
Using the latest version of decoder pro3 (tried on two different computers) I can control everything in terms of running engines, system power / voltage, and programming on the main.
However I can't read cards on the programming track with the LZV 100. When I try and do so I get.
"Communications Error between PC and Command Station (311)"
or "Programming Operation Sequence Error (310)"
Tried replacing the programming track, tried with and without a resistor in line, tried different engines.
Java is up to date
I can run engines and program on the main.
This only seems to happen with the LZV100.
Older LV100/LZ100 works fine.
Thoughts?

This sounds like a configuration issue, not a bug.
Please post this question to the jmriusers group and include the details you have above, along with:
Which version of JMRI you have installed.
What operating system you are using.
Which Lenz computer interface is in use.
How the preferences are set.
