Check out the SIGN or COLOR option in ISOSURFACE.

*COLOR color1 color2Same as SIGN color1 color2. Specifies the two colors to
use for the positive and negative lobes of a molecular orbital. Note that
this and all other options in this classification must be given prior to
the option that actually generates the surface.*
