The current implementation of Jmol/JSmol MediaWiki Extension is available at http://proteopedia.org/support/JSmolExtension/ This is an improved version of what runs on Proteopedia, built on top of the original Jmol Extension. Feedback, suggestions and bug reports are welcome.
