All versions of Jmol since July 30, 2012, have a bug that makes saving isosurfaces in a state, JMOL file, or PNGJ file impossible. Fix for Jmol 13.1: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/Jmol-13.zip Fix for Jmol 13.0: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/Jmol-13_0.zip These should be released soon at SourceForge as well. This bug only affects saving the state after use of an ISOSURFACE command. -- Robert M.
