Hello, thank you for answering me. That is pretty much what I did last night, i used load ./methane.sdf but now I have to modify the paths for all of the jpg's that I modified. The other solution I had in mind was creating a NodeJS server to serve me those files, and redirect all the requests from Jmol to localhost, but I'm glad it didn't come to that. Thank you again for your prompt answer. Mihai ________________________________ From: Angel Herráez <ang...@ua...> To: jmo...@li... Only a handful of features require online connection (yours is an example). > /*file*/"MOL3D::http://cactus.nci.nih.gov/chemical/structure/methane/file?format=sdf&get3d=True" I suppose you are using load $methane that needs to connect to the Cactus server to retrieve the structure. What you should do is save the files you need, then load them from local folder. You can either download them from the server or use Jmol signed applet popup menu, File > Save a copy then use load myfolder/methane.mol ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
