I got it to work: I re-installed the JRE and now MSIE9 works fine with Jmol for me. A bit annoying, but that's what it took. OK, quick test: ActiveX Filter (on the Tools menu) must not be checked. We could add that to the comment provided by Jmol.js. Maybe we can add an image such as the attached. Is that all it is?
