High zoom level can distort spacefill displays. To see example, visit:
http://moleculesinmotion.com/eric_jmol_tutorials/hemoglobin/heme.htm, then:

- Click on button 5
- Turn spin off (botton below applet)
- Note flat plane of heme
- Open console
- paste in this moveTo:
moveto /* time, axisAngle */ 1.0 { -468 884 -3 93.2} /* zoom, translation */  8803.0 0.0 0.0  /* center, rotationRadius */ {9.002023 -9.345067 15.721913} 65.4;

Note scrunched nature of heme. If you rotate the heme from this position  you see some funny spacefill effects, then planarity is restored.

The file 2hhd.pdb is corrupt at that site.

Has this issue been otherwise resolved -- I only today realized I wasn't
getting notification of these posts.
