Hi,

Currently I'm superimposing two RNA base-pairs using the phosphate atoms. The current Jmol syntax that I'm using is:

x=compare({.P/2.1},{.P/1.1});' +
'select ' + 2 + '.1,' + 2 + '.2; rotate selected @{x}

But I would like to superimpose them using both C1 of ribose sugar and phosphate atoms. What would be the correct syntax to use both .C1 and *.P atoms? Thanks
