There is no reference to BNode in JSmol starting with 14.7.0_2016.05.17. So
this sounds like a caching problem in your browser.

I just upgraded to jmol-14.6.0_2016.06.22 (using JSmol). When I run
Jmol.script(myJmol, 'calculate hydrogens; minimise;') I get the error:

[Java2Script] The required class file /jsmol/j2s/JU/BNode.js could not be
loaded. Script error: expected expression, got '<

I copied BNode.js from an earlier version and it works fine with that.
