#79 Allow Clusters of Clusters (n-level Hierarchy)
For large environments, I may want to apply MBean
operations at different levels of groupings depending
on the situation. For example, I might want to apply a
change to just one logical pair of 2 nodes for some
local changes, but to all pairs for global changes.
If you could add a Cluster to a Cluster, it would be
possible to create an n-level tree hierarchy. Then a
change could be applied at any level of the tree from
the root node down to an individual leaf node as required.

Alternatively (less powerful but possibly simpler), allow
user to add teh same Application to multiple Clusters. Then
user could model the "hierarchy" by defining clusters
representing the higher-level nodes of the tree
