Manage Resources works fine, file is uploaded, but
when trying to add it using "New File", after pressing
"select" button, a blank page is returned and file is
not entered into the module.
Are you referring to "resources" of a course? can you tell
me more information that I can't reproduce the bug...
does it happen with every file? or only with some peculiar
type of file?
